Item Description:
An antique brass microscope produced by Emil Busch A.G. likely some time in the early 20th century in Rathenow, Germany. The Busch family were producers of optics and optical instruments beginning the early 1800s. They eventually reorganized as Emil Busch A.G. in 1872, continuing to produce instruments under that name until eventually being acquired by Carl Zeiss in the mid-20th century.
This particular instrument is in excellent condition.
